If you are looking for a standard order form, I have created one on my website that customers can print out if they want to fax it to me or at least so that they will know all of the information that I will need from them. For wedding cakes, I just have them call for a consultation and the details are worked out then.

Hope this helps.

Thank you so much for your kind comments! icon_biggrin.gif

I tinker with the site constantly, the order form is new. I thought it would help my customers to know exactly what I will need to know from them when placing an order. I made up some simple order forms, but I like the one on the site better, so I just print off a few copies and have them handy when I receive a call from a customer.
