Hi ladies! My life is getting back to normal since Hurricane Katrina and cake orders are starting to come in! Yea!

Need your help on this one. I have three cakes for March and they all requested fondant. I have not done this yet and wanted to practice ahead of time. I am going to order the Satin Ice Fondant but do not have a clue as to how much I need. Is there a chart somewhere that breaks down how much fondant for each size cake? If so please tell me where!

Thanks in advance!

Do you have a Wilton yearbook? In the middle section they have a guide that tells you how much fondant you need per cake size. I think you can also find the information on their website.

Hey, cool! I'm wondering the same thing. I have five yearbooks and you'd think I would have know about the chart! icon_redface.gificon_rolleyes.gif

I'm glad things are getting better for you! I hope your cake orders come in plentiful so you can get things rollin' back to normal! Good luck to you!

Sometimes we forget about those things we have access too. I often forget what a resource the yearbooks can be.

Hope things continue to get better for you! *hugs*
