I have the pricing matrix and just started using it. But I just checked the prices out in my area on regular cakes and wedding cakes to get a comparison.

I downloaded the Pricing Matrix, but the prices are way out of line with the other bakeries in my area. I live in Corpus Christi, TX, and there is NO WAY we'd get 26.00 for an 8x3 with little to no decoration around here. Any idea how to adjust or modify the matrix to make it more in line with my local market?

Sorry Cookielady1--
I'm still playing with it--trying to figure it out. Maybe over the weekend, I can sit down and really look at it.

Thanks! Unfortunately, weekends are busiest time for me. Let me know what you come up with.
