If anyone in Tampa is willing to teach a sugar class for a reasonable price or needs an intern I would greatly appreciate it. I think that sugar sculpting is awesome. Props to all of you who can do that.

Contact the Notter School of Confectionary Arts they are in Orlando they maybe able to give you someone that will do that or you maybe able to contract through them to do it I don't know. If you have any questions about anything I will be glad to help if I can.
