Oh my goodness, I looked up and made the Crusting Buttercream Icing (VIVA Method) that I found in the recipe files. It is fabulous! What a difference in texture and in taste from what I had made before. Just thought I'd share this with you all icon_smile.gif

Glad you found one you liked! icon_smile.gif There are a lot of variations on the pwd sugar frosting. Adding flour is one way to help cut the overly sweet taste of this type of frosting. I had to figure it out on my own as everyone seemed to just discuss the Wilton recipe when I first joined. Now, my favorite way to make it is with a bit of heavy cream. Experiment and enjoy!
