I got a request to make cherry blossoms for a wedding cake, does any one know how to make them and what to make them out of: royal icing or gumpaste?

If anyone has pics of cherry blossoms they have made please post!!

much appreciated!

Try the wilton website. Here is the link on making blossoms.

This is a really good picture of a cherry blossom. I would think gumpaste would be the easiest route to go, but it looks like you could use even buttercream to make them if need be.
