I am making a cream cheese kahlua filling. Has 2 lbs powdered sugar, 5 TB butter, 3 TB Kahlua and 8 oz cream cheese. I followed the recipe but it is SO thick. I am not sure if I should add something to thin it out or what. If so, milk? I don't want to add Kahlua or it will be too strong. Any thoughts?

TIA!
Heather

Sounds like a frosting recipe. I'd slowly add more milk encourage it to fluff. "C'mon, you can fluff. I know you can do it!" icon_biggrin.gif
