How long after opening Wilton Meringue Powder can will it still be good? I've kept it in the fridge. (Also, I can't find a date on it anywhere.)

If you call the wilton comapany they should be able to tell you. I have called there before about exp. dates and they allways were able to give me a answear. And i did learn the date is not like you would expect (10-5-99) it a straight number (265). Hope this helps a little!
