Substitute for DreamWhip

Those DreamWhip BC's sound wonderful...But <sigh.>, where I live DreamWhip is hard to get (Singapore). There's no genric brands available, but I can get Rich's non-dairy topping.

Can anyone be so kind as to tell me... if there is a substitute for Dreamwhip? or indeed if Rich's can be used as a substitute, and how to adjust the recipe?

I want to try the DW-BC, not so much that it needed be refridgirated, but for how it holds up for decorating/piping.
