would any one be so kind as to tell me could dream whip icig be made ahead of time and keep it in the fridge , and for how long please ? by the way, what the difference between frosting and icing ? I would appreciate your help . icon_confused.gif

You can definately keep the DW frosting in the fridge. Just give it a few hours to warm up before you use it. thumbs_up.gif Actually you can keep it out for a few days, just press plastic wrap on it to keep from crusting. The easter basket cake I made was made with DW frosting.

I asked this very question (icing v. frosting) and the answer I got was, there is no difference. I guess its just what region you're from. I use both just to mess with people!! icon_twisted.gifthumbs_up.gificon_lol.gif
