Was it this?
http://www.cakecentral.com/modules.php?name=coppermine&file=displayimage&meta=search&search=castle&cat=0&pos=3&search=castle? Did you try searching the gallery or forum for castle?

You might be able to find something to use at the craft store in the doll house building section.

Good Luck!

I noticed at the craft stores where they sell clay making tools, you can by impression mats.

I think you are referring to the ones made by FMM--they are terrific! You can get them at Global Sugar Art. They have EXCELLANT customer service.
Here's the link to the page where you can get them:

I have both FMM sets and I really like them. HTH!

Do a search on eBay for impression mats. I actually got mine from someone in Montreal so the shipping was not a killer. You will get a lot of sellers in the UK however keep looking. You could also try World of Cake Decorating. Last time i was there they had a binder with impression mats that they were selling for about $5 each. You have to ask them for it though.

Good luck!

Edited to add: Okay, I have done an eBay search and they are few and far between at this moment! You might want to try the link to the picture above and try making your own plaque with the royal icing.....hope you find what you are looking for!

Actually, I have another idea that literally just came to me now! Print out a pattern that you like, be it cobblestone or brick or whatever. Get a little plaque of plexiglass and put it over the pattern. Using a hot glue gun trace the pattern on the plexiglass. Let it cool and then use a hair dryer to blow away those pesky glue threads that always appear and then voila! you should be good to go! You could make the pattern as big or as little as you want and as deep as well.

Hmmm, maybe you could use a heavy piece of plastic that has some pliability to it to help you go around corners and such.....

That's an absolutely excellent idea on the hard plexiglass, but I'd expect the glue wouldn't stretch and bend all that well on a softer, pliable plastic sheet. However, it would certainly be worth a try (hot glue is pretty cheap and easy to get your hands on, after all) and making sure the kind of hot glue you used was a little flexible - there are different varieties, perhaps one is a little more bendy than another.

Still a great idea anyway.

I remember seeing a link on here for silicone that you can make moulds with... came in a bucket. I think they showed someone using it to make bead strings. Anyone remember that or know where the site is?

If you could create the negative and pour the silicone on it, you could make your own mat of pretty much anything.
