Ok, I tried to make the MMF recipe that was on this site, but I only got about half of the sugar in, and the recipe I looked at didn't have the flavoring in the ingredient list so it only tastes like powdered sugar. It is very stiff and not sticky at all right now but not real pliable either. If I microwave it will this help? Do I need to add all the sugar? Will the flavoring help the taste? Did I do it right (other than the flavoring)? Or should I start over? TIA for any help.

Add the flavoring, as that helps with the taste and also the moisture part. Most people, it seems, do not use all of the sugar. Heat in the microwave for 5-10 seconds and if it is still stiff, add a bit of water - a tsp. at a time.
Hope this helps!

The stuff is hard as a rock till you microwave it....then just keep working it and it will soften right up.

Also, you can substitute the water for the flavorings you want. That's how I do it and it works just fine for me. Good Luck! thumbs_up.gif
Bye!
