Help! I have an order for a 2-tier cake tomorrow and my brain is whirling with all the possibilities BUT I won't have time to dry any royal icing flowers. Does anybody know how I can make them dry overnight?

If you have a gas oven, you could put them in there overnight... the pilot light should provide enough heat & dry-ness to do the trick. If you have an electric oven, I would set it on it's lowest setting, put them in, then turn it off. Alternately a small space heater could probably do the trick too!
