I remember seeing a recipe on a box of Kroger brownies where you can turn them into cookies. It seemed like you would add about 1/4 cup of flour to the mix. I can't remember if the amount of eggs and oil changed or even if butter was used in place of oil. Can anyone help me out? Thanks.
I have a cookie book that turns cake mix into cookies and they are soooooooooooo good--used yellow and choc mixes. Let me check with the book about brownie mixes.
Thanks. The brownie mix that I have is about 15 oz. and it makes an 8x8 pan of brownies.
Great!!!! Let us know how they turn out if you get a chance. I went through my cabinets and I have loads of brownie and cake mixes--may have to get baking, although WW is making me rethink that notion!

What book are you using?
The book is called "Favorite Brand Name Cookies" published by pil(Publications International Ltd". Got it at Sam's for under $10. They also have a slow cooker one and dinner. I like them. New ideas and great looking on the shelf. Any cook book for under $10 gets a look from me Ibought them about a month or so ago.
