I'm going to attempt to make and use MMF for the first time...any special tips?

I plan on using the recipe from the articles here--how much cake can that cover?

I haven't made it but one thing I have read over and over on here is that you don't need all the powder sugar.

You may want to use the search feature and check out the other posts on MMF.
