I wanted to make buttercream icing flavored like cream cheese icing to avoid any concern of cream cheese being left at room temperature too long and also so I know I can get it pretty smooth with the Viva technique. I thought I had seen LorAnn cream cheese flavor mentioned amongst the group, but I can't find it on their website. Any advice on finding the flavor? I found cheese cake flavor, is that the same?
I've used the cheese cake flavor and mixed it with various other oils to give it a twist - lemon for lemon cheesecake, vanilla for vanilla cheesecake, strawberry for strawberry cheesecake...you get my drift...
