to ask... I have to do a chocolate cake with chocolate Ganache.

1. would you torte it and if so with what?

2. Would deep red buttercream roses look ok on it? Just a few, its for a guy and all he wants is CHOCOLATE.....LOL

how about filling with cookies n cream
and I would do chocolate roses- brown on brown- less is more type of look. just my opinion..... sounds yummy!!

Sometimes you can hit the button twice and it slips thru!

There are a ton of fillings on ladycakes.com Might give you some inspiration! I think the deep red would be pretty!

Orange, raspberry, mocha, espresso, vanilla... all go fabulously with chocolate!

I would make the roses from chocolate fondant & dust them with a bronze or gold powder... looks great and not overly feminine!

DOne!!
Chocolate fudge cake torted with...get this....barvarian creme and iced with the shiniest chocolate ganache I have ever seen!!

My daughter made chocolate buttercreme roses for me!!!!(she is 16!)
Putting the roses on aroung the side and bottom.
We'll see how it tastes later....hope he likes it!!
