I recently made a chocolate cake using the SACO powdered buttermilk and chocolate. None of the local grecery stores carry Dutch Cocoa so I found this one which is a chocolate and dutch cocoa blend. With a Bavarian creme filling and covered with buttercream it got rave reviews. Has anyone else tried it or have any openions about it?

I have been using Saco dutch processed cocoa for years and i absolutely love ....in baking and hot cocoa.
I tried Hersey's dutched processed and wasn't crazy about it at all.
What do you think of the buttermilk?

I love the buttermilk....that's all I use now. I just found the cocoa for the first time but haven't tried it out yet.
