So, we are never alone in our addiction, huh? I love the fact that everyone jumps right in to help or just encourage us. I can stay up all night just reading what others have written for anyone about anything. I always learn something and I like that! Just love it!!!

The great thing about this site is the sharing.
Other sites have pictures of cakes but everything is hush hush.
I love the compassion cake central has for decorators like myself just starting out.

I have to agree with you all. I never got on the computer until I found this site. I am always on it. It is amazing the talent that you all have. I have not decorated any cakes yet but I will be starting class 1 this tuesday. I hope it is as much fun as it looks.

I too love this site. When my DH asks what I'm doing I usually tell him I'm in my cake world and he laughs.

I'm so glad I'm not the only one who feels this way. I love the fact that we can show off our creations and ask directly others on how they acheive a certain effect. I've learned so much from this site. This site got me hooked! Is there a cure to this addiction?!

My DH calls it my obsession! I'm on here constantly! I visit the boards more often now because my computer is in my kitchen! Yeah, I'd say I'm obsessed! When it's something you love to do and you are good at then there's nothing wrong with spending 25 1/2 hours a day here on CC!!!

This is really bad. Keep in mind this is SO NOT COMMON for me with my kids, but yesterday my son said "Mommy you keep saying your going to make lunch but then you just keep looking at those cakes again!!" Needless to say that snapped me out of it and I got up!!!! My husband definitely wishes I did not find this site

My DH keeps threatening to put me in rehab, just as soon as he finds one... LOL!

My grandaughter wanted to take the wilton classes and she is only 14 teen so I had to take them with her because of her age. I got hooked on cc more then she has. We love it and cc has helped us learn so much. Thank Ya'll

MY COMPUTER HAS NOT BEEN WORKING CORRECTLY AND I HAVEN'T BEEN ON HERE LATELY. IT WAS I WOULD CHECK BEFORE I TOOK THE KIDS TO SCHOOL IN THE MORNING, THEN OFF TO WORK AND AS SOON AS I GOT HOME I WOULD CHECK. BEFORE AND AFTER SUPPER AND JUST BEFORE I WENT TO BED I WOULD CHECK. I AM DEFINATELY GOING THROUGH WITHDRAWAL. I MISS THIS PLACE SO MUCH. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING.

My dh laughs and asks what the "cake emergency" of the day is. When I'm on alot and typing like crazy, he says "Cake Crusader to the rescue" He thinks he's funny! Notice-I said thinks!!

I am definitely addicted. Every time I have a free moment I sneak back to the computer to check this site!
