I've just noticed that the LorAnn food colors say they are appropriate for airbrushing on the label.

My question for the ladies who use them - or any liquid airbrush color - is how do you thin them? Or mix them?

You don't just put them full-strength into your airbrush bottle, do you?

Do you mix them with a 'carrier' like extract or vodka?

I use ChefMaster liquid food colors full strength in my airbrush.

I'm not familiar with LorAnn. But, since it says that it's suitable for airbrushing, I wouldn't hesitate to try it.

I use Chefmaster & Kroma Kolor, but I'm itching to try the Americolor air - almost always full strength!

Thanks for the advice. I'll just try it full strength. This is the first time I've bought the Lorann colors and they look good - so far.

Thanks to all for the super advice.
