Hi

This is my first decorated cake. It's not perfect but I was happy the way it turned out. I used MM fondant and have learned many tips from the mistakes.

Wow. I think that is very pretty. How thin did you roll the MMF? It looks great.

Thanks for your appreciation.

It has certainly built up my confidence. I made mm fondant and kept for a day in a ziplock bag. when I started decorating took a bit crisco and rubbed in my hand and rolled the mm fondant with it and started rolling with the pin. It can be made so thin and tastes good too.

She's almost is considered exotic...she is pretty.... had to look at her again...and I noticed you did post her in gallery too! thumbs_up.gif

how does the MM taste? does it taste good?

thanks again.

mm fondant tastes good. we all liked. the texture is fine. but you'll need a bit practice in rolling it.
