I just had to share this with people who I know will appreciate what a great deal this is! (My husband is sweet, but he just doesn't GET it when it comes to cake-related things.)

I was browsing around our local thrift store yesterday, when I came across a set of round cake pans -- 12", 10", 8" and 6" -- $2.00 for the set!!!!

I snapped them up right away! I have one set of identical pans at home that I bought new for around $30.00, but it's always such a pain to have to bake one cake at a time when you're doing a two-layer cake! They needed to be cleaned up a bit, but they were in terrific condition!

amazing, yah my husband doesnt get excited enough for me sometimes to. but then when he tells me about video games and electronics and movie special effects ..i dont think he get the same excitement he hopes for either...to each there own. im just glad he likes cake since i dont have much of a sweet tooth. but that was a great deal...congrats.

Yes husbands dont understand, I am touching the screen to!!!!! My MIL always has that kind of luck.

my dh wouldve said " ummm, dont you already have some pans like that?" implying that i just waisted $2.00 and now going to take up even more space with cake stuff. hubbys, got to love them!
