Have been on decorating hiatus and ready to get back into it. Have 2 orders this weekend--1) mini taco cakes X 20 and 2) Italian Cream Cake. Also have my first birthday cake decorating party for 10 girls. And a tasting for a couple for a large wedding in April. They have already booked with me, but didn't give me enough notice at the first meeting to have any samples ready so we are getting together so they can choose the flavor of the cakes.
Looking forward to several orders for Valentine's Day. I will have my rose cookie bouquet with me on Saturday at the store for advertising and taking orders.
May 2006 be the year I get my own place!!!
My last orders for 2005 was the total of 49 dozen cookies the week before Christmas and 5 cakes and 6 pies for December 23rd.
