When you are decorating cookies that require eyes, do you pipe the eyes on yourself or do you use those pre-made little royal icing eyeballs that you can purchase? I've seen those eyes in packages of a hundred or more (all different sizes) and they look so easy to use and they are all so consistently the same size. I'm talking about the eyes that are white with the black pupil piped on.

I pipe my own, but I used to work for a company that made character cupcakes for a major children's theme park. We used the RI eyes and had no issue with them. Once in a while, you'll get a googly one, but overall, they were good quality
