Anywhere that sells Canon printers - that is the brand that works with the edible ink cartridges. Best buy sells them.

Canon discontinues printers as newer models become available. The newer models feature new printer technology that the makers of the edible ink cartridges haven't kept up with. The result is that the newest Canon printers are no longer compatible with the edible ink cartridges. Until the new edible ink cartridges are released that will be compatible with the newer printers, you'll need to buy one of the older models.

eBay is the best place to buy one. Just buy new (not used or refurnished) from a reputable seller. The iP1500 or iP3000 are good choices.
