How many servings do you normally get from a 12X18... in reality? I need to make enough cake for 100 people, and I honestly think I can do this with 2 half sheets (12X1icon_cool.gif sizes. Am I crazy or is this doable?

Ummm, okay I think it's depending on how big your slices are. I usually think 2x2 and divide by the side measurements. Sooo, a 12x18 w/2x2 slices will get apprx. 54 slices. This is a rough guess and if you need heartier slices account for that. So with that in mind 2 of these should give you plenty for 100 serves. HTH!!

Thanks. : ) I don't like using Wilton's guide, because it seems to me that I usually end up with too much cake when I do this. I think most people prefer smaller sizes, especially at work parties, which is what this is. I told someone on the phone I thought this would be plenty, then started second guessing myself, but you've settled my mind a little. Thanks again!

When I make a 12x18 I either score it 54 2x2 pieces or 36 2x3 pieces. Hope this helps!
