Freezing Cookies

is it ok to freeze cookies that have been decorated with royal icing? or do i even need to freeze them? i would like to decorate them today (feb.27) but they will not be used until march 11, do you think they will be ok or am i better off waiting until the day is closer.

You can freeze them. Just make sure your put them in a good freezer bag and remove all of the air. They should be fine. Don't stack the cookies inside the bags though. Hope this helps.
