Ok I need some help. The mother of a really good friend wants me to make her Birthday cake. No problem there the only thing is she will be turning 100 and wants me to put her favorite flower on the cake which is gardenias. She wants them in buttercream so she can eat them please does anyone know how to make these. which tip do I use and so forth. her birthday is not until march 6th so it will give me some time to practice. thanks in advance.

I think I would try a 103, and do them similar to roses, with a tight bud center and more open petals, and of course in white.
