If I cover my NFSC in MMF, will they be okay if I bag them a few days ahead of when I need them? I am worried that MMF sometimes sweats and/or gets mushy if it doesn't get any air.

I would freeze them to preserve the freshness.

but wouldn't freezing the MMF make it sweat a ton once it thaws?? icon_confused.gif
