How do I make a really good chocolate Italian meringue buttercream? I'm sure this has been asked before however when I tried to do a search for chocolate IMBC and came up with over 2500 restults 
.
I think I will be using Martha Stewarts recipe for Italian Meringue unless someone has a better one.

I would PM Berta (blittle6) I know that she can help you....she makes IMBC all the time and her cakes always look so yummy!!

Yes, thank you to both of you! Now all I need is a little nap (up until 5 AM this morning!) and then I will toddle off to the kitchen...again...sometimes I feel like I live there!
