Saw that you posted in the other post that you said your daughter is allergic to the milk in the twinkies.. here's what I wrote in the other post
I bet you could back a rectangle cake and cut them out as a shape of a twinkie and place them on the cake for the sleeping bag shape.
teenagers are sooo picky! she wants a whole bed with girls in it. what can i use to show that there are bodies under the covers?
I wonder...would she be allergic to ladyfingers too? If not, these might work in place of the twinkies.
I had some in my freezer so I went and looked at the ingredients. They are made of eggs, flour, sugar, baking powder, preservatives, cellulose gum, guar gum, corn syrup, salt, soybean oil, flavorings and wheat starch. No milk/milk products as far as I can tell. You could use them under the fondant to look like bodies under the covers.
great! i'll see if the commissary carries them. oh, wait! i'm in italy! i've seen them in their grocery store!!

if its not too late I have a Debbie Brown book that has a really cute bed idea in there.... since its copy written I know I cant post the instructions here but if you send me a PM with your email address I will scan it and send it to you if you would like...
Which cake are you going to go with? I think the Wilton idea is the cutest and the one shown on this site is so cute! Let us know how it turns out!

I did not make it with twinkies. I just cut rectangles out from another cake and piled on the icing to make it give the round effect on the sides..It was real easy..This is a CCC. Hope this helps!
