If you're on a budget but really want a printer for printing edible images, Outpost.com has the Canon Pixma ip1500 on sale for $29.99 plus shipping!

Once you've ordered your printer, mosey on over to www.tastyfotoart.com and buy the 2-pack of edible inks (black and color) for this printer for just $27.95 plus shipping! Add some paper, and voila! You're in business for under a hundred bucks.

Enjoy!!

Can you use any printer as long as it is used for edible images only? Also, what do these edible images sell for, is this worth the investment?

..I think that the ip1500 model has been discontinued! It would kinda of scare me to start out with a model that they are no longer making anyway!

What would that matter? Canon offers a 1 year warranty on their printers. For 30 bucks, I would take the plunge.
