Couple questions ... I know in another post about the truffles it says that you can find the almond bark in a grocery store ... do you think it would be at walmart and if so where should I look.

Do you have to refridgerate the truffles after they are made?

How many do you think a batch makes?

They sound so yummy and I'd love to make some for Christmas. Any info would be appreciated.

almond bark can be found at Walart in the same aisle as the chocolate chips. It's about $2 for a 1lb package.

I made these the other day. I saw it on the other post too.
They are YUMMY. Yes, they do require refridgeration because of the cream cheese. I coated mine with Wilton candy melts because it was what I had on hand at the time. I have since bought almond bark at Walmart. It was in a section for holiday baking.

AND.....I made them about the same size as my cake balls, golf ball size, maybe a bit smaller, about 2 bites. It made about 40 of them.

Hey...BTW what recipe are you using? Just curious. I heard about these yesterday, but I don't know what goes into them.
