Does anyone have a tried and true baked strufoli recipe? Honey Balls is another name i've seen for them.

They are basically a dough, cut and rolled into small balls, and baked or fried. Then they are covered with honey. Usually we have the recipe ,but this year i can't seem to find it ,and i want to make them tonight. Thank you!! icon_biggrin.gif

I think what you are referring to is Strufoli. They're Italian honey balls.

Unfortunately I do not have a recipe for you.

Good luck!
