How many different flavor samples would you take to a bridal show? I assume interested parties will schedule a consultation/tasting at another time so I don't want to have too many. I am planning to make mini cupcakes w/bc and packaging them with my homemade mints in a box. I am definitely trying to bring the orders in with the taste of my cakes. What are your opinions on reasonable amount of flavors? Thanks!

I think I would for sure do yellow and chocolate and if it is not too much trouble the white would be good too. You can always tell people that you can make any flavor or filling that they request. That way they know they are not limited to just those. icon_smile.gif
