OK i am making strawberry cupcakes for a party tomorrow. I looked all over for strawberry pudding but could not find any i also looked for strawberry nectur but could not find any of that either. Does anyone have any sugestions to enhance my strawberry batter??

I use strawberry jello.Make sure you disolve the powder in milk or whatever the liquid is in your mix.

You could just use strawberry extract. Or, there's a few yummy recipes at BettyCrocker.com. There's one where you can put one pack of strawberry kool-aid and a box of frozen (thawed) strawberries in syrup in with the mix. I've made it twice and love it, it's wonderfully moist. You could also forego the strawberries and just use the kool-aid. If you go to bettycrocker.com, just search for strawberry and cake and you should get a good selection. Good luck.

I usually do a doctored mix, strawberry mix, cheesecake pudding, the ingerdients on the box, plus an extra egg.

I never disolve the pudding, just dump it in with my cake mix.
