I have seen several different brands of food coloring on cake web sites.
I use Americolor and really like it, but I was wondering if anybody used Chefmaster or Luck brands? Does anybody know the difference in them and Americolor?
I used ChefMaster when I heard the owners of the Cupcake Cafe recommend it. The colours are nice and smooth, but I didn't really feel a huge difference between it and say...Wilton pastes.
Now, I'll only use Americolor for those "difficult" colours like red, brown, purple & black. For everything else...Wilton still gets my vote.
