I have a question about MMF.
I made CC method MMF 3 weeks back.
It tests still well. But it becomes kind of hard. (Not like as a stone).
But I cant make any figures or flowers with it.
Any idea how to make MMF soft, workable?
Please help me!

Thanks
Nitu

Toss it in the microwave for a few seconds until it becomes the softness you need!

depending on the amount of MMF you have will determin how long you need to microwave it. If it is just a small amount, 5 seconds will be enough. If you are doing a whole batch then 15 seconds should be good.

I microwaved mine to long once and had a gooey mess until I let it cool back down. This delayed my whole time frame.

Good luck.

After you've warmed it slightly in the microwave, if you knead in a small bit of Crisco you will find it becomes more pliable and the figures you make will not crack/dry out as quickly. They will also be naturally a bit shinier.

I put the MMF in the microwave then I grease my hands with some Crisco, keep using the crisco until it's more pliable, as Rae said.
Bye!
