the oil-based candy flavoring by Wilton to MMF? I have a cake due Monday and they want dark chocolate raspberry. Well, I already have some of the raspberry candy- flavoring and I was wondering if this would work. Does anyone know for sure? I'd hate to make an entire batch of MMF and then waste it. My boyfriend's already threatening to put a padlock on the kitchen door. icon_redface.gificon_biggrin.gif

I would think you could Misdawn... why not try working just a tiny bit of it into a small piece of MMF and see how it tastes? I would think it'd work though.

How much do you think I should add? I know the candy flavorings are much stronger than regular flavoring like vanilla.

I know you can add it to the premade Wilton stuff. You just kneed it in like you would the colors.

How much you add will depend on the flavor, some are stronger than others and how much you are flavoring. If it is a full batch I'd probably start with 1/8th to a 1/4th of a teaspoon.
