Are you already done baking or are you waiting until next week?
How long do you think cookies will stay fresh...without freezing
Thanks in advance

Normally I bake in advance and freeze but this year I haven't even started on the candy. My husband wants all kinds of stuff to take everywhere so I need it done by next Friday and then I have to be at the elementary school twice next week.
For cookies staying fresh unfrozen it depends on the kind. I have one that if stored properly will be good and soft for at least a couple weeks but I won't eat chocolate chip that are more than a couple days old.

I worry about freshness.
I'm starting my baking for the holidays tomorrow - the ones that can be baked and then frozen, that is. And the candy. Then I'll start the "fresh" baked ones on Monday.
