If you have Windows XP or Windows 2000, you can resize your image with Microsoft Photo Editor.
1) Open up the picture with Microsoft Photo Editor- you may have to do this manually by right clicking on the file and choosing Open With...
, and then choose Microsoft Photo Editor. Or if you are like my computer, when you double click on the file to open it up, it opens up in Photo Editor by default.
2) Go up to Image
(along the top)
3) Choose Resize
4) Then click on the up and down arrows to make the image larger or smaller, click ok.
5) Then go up to File
, and choose Save As..
so that your original image stays the same, and then when saving it change the file name so that you know its different from the orginal.
****You can also use this program to crop images.
