Cookie bouquet construction?

I know this is probable a pretty dumb question, but I've never made one before. Do I put styrofoam or floral foam in the bottom of the tins to stick the sticks into? What styrofoam is best?

Thanks for your help! I have 15 basket to make and no clue how to construct them. Duh!

I always use florists' foam. Seems to work great!

Yes you can buy it in craft store sometimes in packages of three.

I saw to a demo on cookie bouquets this summer at ICES. She used Candy Clay in the bottom of the container. It adds weight to the container with out having to use something under the styrofoam. Plus if you need to repostion your sticks you can squish in the holes and start over. icon_smile.gif
