How far in advance have you made your BCT? I have a cake for Friday, but I wanted to start on the BCT tomorrow but only if they will be okay in the freezer for that long.
What do you think?

I understand the longer the better, but you still only have the same amount of time to get it onto the cake when you pull it out......the few I have done I did like 2-3 days in advance and it turned out ok as far as the transferring, but I cant say much for the appearance.... I'm still working on that
