Did anyone see tonights show? I think it was the best one I have seen in that the hosts seems to be getting more into his role with a little more life.I especially liked the chocolate wine bottle that was neat.

I just checked, it's on again at 11:30 tonight. I'll tape it and watch it tomorrow. Don't forget the Holiday Cake-off at 10:00.

I love Warren. I'm glad he's starting to relax more. Some of his lines seemed a bit force. He's a loveable guy and I've been waiting for his show just to take off!! I didn't see tonight's episode, but I saw Chocolate Fantasy...with the chocolate tree in Vegas, and the choc "tool cake". I loved the butterflies they made for that chocolate tree. I tried duplicating the butterflies. I'm just starting to work with chocolate and still playing with the choc melts from Michaels. Any advice on thinning the chocolate?

for thinning chocolates I heard cocoa butter, and I just bought some to try out my only worry is that the chocolate won't set up as hard, but I'm going to use it to paint colors on flowers. So we'll see.

If you are talking about the one with the cannon cake it is a reapeat. I think it is even the first show that he did. I do believe they have aired this one two or three times. but it is a good one.
