I was just wondering if anyone has any ideas on different uses for the wondermold pan, besides the obvious, dolls, bee hives, flower pots? I know there has to be alot more cakes that can be made with it. Just looking for some new ideas for something different to make.

I made my first doll cake for my daughters birthday and she wants Dora so I made kind of princess Dora for her. It is carved from one big cake.
I never use wonder mold.
I made another doll cake for my friend.
I baked one cake in 1Qt of Pyrex bowl.
And second in our regular dessert bowl.
I placed big cake upside down and then I placed second small cake on top.
It was kind of two layer cake and a filling was strawberry whipped cream.
It worked beautifully. thumbs_up.gif

Thanks

Hills... I have seen some really cute over the hill birthday cakes using the wondermold.

I also used it when I did the Scooby Doo cake to form the head and the rump of the dog.
