Hey! I've read here on the forum that many of you use LorAnn flavorings & food coloring. Well, I'd never seen any until today when I was at Walmart--in the craft & "Wilton" department (actually it was near the material--go figure! ).
Anyway, it comes 2 very small bottles in a pack & I think it was $1.49 (???) They had root beer, fruit flavors, etc. & coloring, too. I didn't have much time to really shop but just thought I'd mention I'd seen it there.
BTW, what is the usual $$$ for LorAnn flavoring & coloring?

Thanks, I'll be looking for those, it will be great not to have to pay shipping (and wait for them to arrive!)
I think the average price is about $1.89 for a one dram (.125 fl. oz.) bottle. Janice
I was surprised when a friend did her first fondant cake with fondant from the craft section of Walmart. It's amazing what you'll find there.
When I was at Walmart today, I checked the $$$ of the LorAnn 2 packs again & they are $1.94. Sorry about transposing the #'s before!

I bought LorAnn white coloring ,and i wasn't pleased. I had to use practically the whole bottle just for it to get it a lighter color, and it did practically nothing but make my icing taste strange.
During a recent visit to my local cake decorating supply store, I finally paid attention to that huge rack of tiny bottles they had on the counter. I've been hearing quite a bit about Lorann oils but have never tried them. I was amazed all all of the flavors, I just might have to try them out.
