Just wondering what amounts to use of cool whip if a recipe calls for 2 c. of whipping cream (measured before whipped), i.e. how many cups of whipped cream does 2 c. of unwhipped cream yield?

..do you have a kitchen scale handy? I think that would be the way to go on this one! Two cups of whipping cream weighs about 1# or 473ml . I don't have a container of Cool Whip handy...
