I need to make a smash cake with icing that isn't too sweet. Can you use whipped cream icing to pipe with? I've never tried to pipe with that and I don't have a lot of time to play around. Or, if anyone has any suggestions as to a good recipe to use, please share. THANKS!

i make a white chocolate ganache, and then whip butter into it once it has firmed up slightly with a tiny bit of whipped cream. It pipes ok. I add no sugar, so it is not overly sweet.
