I think I may have an order for chocolate strawberries soon. One of my customers wanted to know if I do those without a cake. I said yes but unsure of how much I should charge. Strawberries can be expensive when buying them from a grocery store.

Does anyone have any ideas of pricing for chocolate strawberries?

Also, is it better to buy them from a farmer's market?

I don't have an answer but wanted to reply to bump this up.

You wouldn't want to know the price of strawberries in winter in Alaska, LOL. (If you could even get them!)

In season I would charge approx .90-1.00 per strawberry depending on how decorated they are and how large the strawberries are. If you can get good ones at a farmers market then go for it! That's usually the best place to get them and you can usually get the nice large ones. Right now would be a difficult time to try to find some though, and at a decent price.
