I got this from a lady in Alabama...

You get a bag of those mini pretzels...
place them on a cookie sheet
place an hugs hershey kiss in the middle of the mini pretzel
place in oven at 250 degrees for 1 to 2 min. depending how hot your oven is.... don't melt it completely.....just until the kiss starts to soften...
Then place a few Reeses peanutbutter pieces on the kiss
Place on wax paper to let set up...
Kids love them.....and so do adults...

I did these last year - a HUGE hit! I did Reese's Pieces for Thanksgiving, and then festive colored M&M's for Christmas...
